Intermediate ring for automotive gearbox

The intermediate ring of synchronizer is a single part and an important part of the automobile gearbox synchronizer. The ring is matched with the inner ring and the outer ring of the synchronizer assemblies, enabling, under the effect of friction moment, the synchronous rotation of them after the inner cone of the synchronizer ring contacts with the outer cone of the gear ring to be jointed. At that time, the speed of the gear relative to the synchronizer ring is zero, and the gear is further engaged with the gear ring to be jointed, thus achieving the gear shifting.

The intermediate ring of synchronizer is a crucial part of the automobile gearbox synchronizer. The ring is matched with the inner ring and the outer ring of the synchronizer assemblies, enabling, under the effect of friction moment, their synchronous rotation after the inner cone of the synchronizer ring contacts with the outer cone of the gear ring as it is joined.
