The motorized spindle is featured with the high running speed,high running accuracy, high system rigidity, low heat radiation, low noise and low vibration, with very high requirements for the matching bearings. After many years of technological innovation and research and development, in 2011, Tianchi Bearing has successfully developed Grade P2 and P4 ultra-high precision angular contact bearings, with an inner diameter of 10 mm to 50 mm. The tensioner pulley is a belt tension device used in the automobile transmission system, and it is a crucial component in FEAD of the vehicle. Due to its long-term operation in the high temperature environment around the engine, its high alternating speed and large radial force, the tensioner bearing has its significant importance in comparison to other components. Considering the actual working conditions of the bearing and the requirements from OE customer for quality, Tianchi Bearing optimizes and specially designs the sealing structure, and selects the grease with high temperature resistance and high viscosity, preventing leakage, thus extend its service life.

The working environment of truck clutch parts is very harsh, the sealing performance of clutch release bearing and the grease used are highly required accordingly. The intermediate ring of synchronizer is a single part and an important part of the automobile gearbox synchronizer. The ring is matched with the inner ring and the outer ring of the synchronizer assemblies, enabling, under the effect of friction moment, the synchronous rotation of them after the inner cone of the synchronizer ring contacts with the outer cone of the gear ring to be jointed. At that time, the speed of the gear relative to the synchronizer ring is zero, and the gear is further engaged with the gear ring to be jointed, thus achieving the gear shifting.
